These are great canes, but no one I asked knew who turned them. They are made of Oak with a nice knob handle with a metal tip…just the kind of stick you need for a long hike.   (The canes were turned by Shaun Swanner postscript by webmaster)

There was also this nicely shaped Walnut vase for which I couldn’t find an owner. I intended to include it with the canes and caption the picture "the Unknown Turner". However, the canes kept trying to roll off the table and when I finally got them under control, I forgot the vase and snapped the picture. Sorry.
